Awe full experience all the time.

Complained multiple times but no change at all. Reception staff does not even know how to talk politely. They start shouting at patients. The phone system is rubbish, they don't even have the option to speak to the receptionist regarding the already booked appointments. No system to rearrange an appointment. You have to spend 15 minutes on hold to speak to an advisor despite being the 1st one in the queue.
Rubbish experience Avoid at all times

When you phone to arrange a appointment at 8AM the reception team say their no appointments available. As well sometimes they don't even answer the phone. Doctors don't pay attention what is being said by me the patient
