Very helpful staff. They have always gone above and beyond in helping us.
Deliver my medication to my home

Recent management change and now prescriptions are sent to my house which works better for me. They can sometimes be slow in store but I do get my medication.

Brilliant. I have no issues there. I can access them and get appointments at my GP so I wouldn't go to them for advice or information.

They didn't tell me my medication changed

The pharmacist explained they that could check with my GP to change my medication as I was on a reduced prescription due to them not having the usual meds. They didn't let me know. I had to call them to find out after being left all weekend for it to be sent through.
They deliver my medication.

They delivered my medication. They're okay to be fair. As long as I get my medication.
They don't listen to me.

They're rubbish. I have using them. They don't listen or help me. They gave me ear drops for my eyes.

Brilliant. If you have a problem you can always talk to the pharmacist there and they are as helpful as can be. If they think you need to go he doctor, they tell you to go to the doctor. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Lovely chemist to go to.
