I get immediate appointments

The GP gives medication and a diagnosis. When I have an issue I get appointments almost immediately. They gave me a female doctor when I requested one.
Referred by the GP quickly.

The GP referred my mother for further back pain treatment to the Royal Orthopaedic. It took only 2 months.

I haven't had too much contact but they're okay.
I feel let down.

I felt let down. They don't ask questions they just tell me to go to A&E. That's not what I want to do. It makes me feel worse.
Brilliant and can always get an appointment.

Brilliant. No problems getting an appointment. I always see my own doctor and the receptionists are lovely.
Nurse I saw was not hygienic

I had one dealing with them. Getting appointment was okay. Nurse I saw was not hygienic. She was taking my blood and it was dirty room. I asked if it was okay for me to lie down on the bed which was not clean and the pillow had stains on it. My partner also went for the blood test and said same thing.
Good doctor who listens to me

I find it easy to get appointments and see my doctor. The doctor is good and listens to me.
Feels abandoned

The GP video or telephone calls is not a preferred option for me. I feel abandoned and can't see why face to face can't be an appointment preference.
