You don't get the support or the help. They treat me like I'm not human and it's not okay.
A corrupt system.

Not very good. Not accessible. I can't get a face to face appointment. They know I am homeless but they didn't call until 6PM and my battery was low. The staff are also very rude. The system is corrupt.

I get mental health support from the mental health nurse. She comes out to me every couple of weeks and phones me every week. I can call them and they get back to me within a couple of days. They're pretty good. I call them for other health issues too and they're brill.

Next door very convenient. won't give larger prescription, having to visit them more often.
Repeat Prescription is a problem

Repeat Prescription is a problem. Need to go every two weeks. I want them to give me at least 4 weeks’ worth. It’s a joke.

Its alright and handy because its next-door. Nervous talking with them, feel like issues get resolved even though it takes a long time for me to explain.
