Hospital Medical Group - Dolan Park Hospital

From start to finish the stay here was excellent can not fault the staff from arriving to leaving, all introduced themselves were all friendly & happy. My student nurse looked after me well... Thank you. The theatre staff made me feel so at ease & I was put to sleep very quick no waiting around getting anxious. Few things that could need attention was I found it was noisy at night, banging and loud voices through the night, a bleep going off all the time (got about 3hrs sleep) The corridor on the 3rd floor could do with being dimmed at night not great at observations time. All the staff were impeccable and professional through out thank you for looking after me.

The surroundings, facilities and care I have received at Dolan park have been amazing! The staff are friendly and efficient, there is no waiting around for surgery or clinical appointments. The room was clean,large and the beautiful view of the koi pond made my stay very peaceful. There was a good menu available and the food was fresh and tasty. Above all of this I am absolutely over the moon with my surgery, 2 weeks into recovery and I can already see and feel the difference this surgery has made to my life. My experience with THG my 4th stay with Dolan Park has always been amazing 8/4/2016 I had my breast implants removed and replaced my nurse was lovely she checked in on me all the time to see if was ok . My surgeon was fab and amazing very informative and very professional as always my after care has always been 5* high standards I've never had any problems in sorting out revision surgery it's always been a stress free and peace of mind . I highly recommend THG there cover on the implants and aftercare is the best around .

Can't recommend enough, from start to finish felt my needs were more than met. All staff from reception through to surgical nurses were kind and went above and beyond to make my stay and experience a positive one. My surgeon listened to me and got the result I wanted, I am over the moon with my results.

I've just been to Dolan Hospital for surgery as a day case and thought the staff and service received was the best I have received from any company ever! It's as if everyone had taken happy pills and could not do enough to help me feel at ease, before and after the surgery! Awesome Service!

Everything was amazing from my first appointment at Harley Street followed with my booking. The hospital, Dolon Park in Bromsgrove, was amazing! Stunning scenery and the room was immaculate. Loved the fact it was quiet too, had a surprisingly good sleep after my surgery! loved the whole experience, Thank you The Hospital Group!

From the moment I walked into the hospital everyone has been really nice.Can't fault anything. The care given has been excellent. If I was to ever consider any more procedures I would definitely come back to the hospital group.

I had an excellent stay. My first time having an operation and everyone was fantastic, the receptionist greeted us with a smile and the nurses were great so friendly and caring, they couldn't have helped more if they tried. The theatre staff were also incredible made me feel so at ease. Couldn't have asked for more from the staff and professionalism. My room was a little bit warm however I used the fan and ice packs to cool down. I did have chickens that woke me up from the farm next door but I can't complain to much overall my experience at Dolan park was really great!! Thank you everyone.
