The waiting times are unacceptable.
October 24, 2023
I see someone at the Juniper and I don't think they talk to my GP and communicate with each other at all. I don't get that impression. They book 6-12 month appointments and keep them. I recently contacted the bowel and bladder service and they gave me an appointment for the end of the year. But a friend told me about the cancellation service and so we've been given one quicker. I feel like its only because I asked to be on a cancellation list we got one quicker. Otherwise I feel the waiting time are unacceptable in these circumstances.

The nurses are so caring together with psychologists who are excellent. We have a lovely garden we can sit in, in time I hope to be well and more like my old self? Every member of staff are lovely and are there to help you recover.

Where to start, many staff ignored us and refused eye contact, care was dependant who was in shift, thankfully one nurse and health care looked after our relative, needs looking at whole of sage ward. Relative wrongly accessed and needed nursing care and was let down in the last months of his life

Phoned the Juniper Centre with concerns about tablets. Told the Dr would get back to me, still waiting for call.
I have only been twice but seems okay.

I think the staff need to be a bit more friendly and approachable when you go to the main desk and give you eye contact when you are talking to them.
