Pretty good and try to be helpful. Struggling to get appointments, accessing on the phone or getting face to face appointments.

I am very disappointed with GP practices in general they get paid for all of us but make it super hard to get an appointment to see them. Most over 70’s are not internet friendly and have been badly overlooked. I moved into the retirement village after I lost my husband to COVID 12 months ago and registered with Lordswood house surgery. I found them hard to contact so much so I might get a private doctor and this to be on the NHS.

Lady at prescriptions is rude. She feels powerful because she is providing medicines to patients

No appointment and very long wait on phone, sometimes you have to call 10 times & wait online for 50 mins.

Very difficult to contact them. Always very hard to get an appointment.

Unacceptable service, they don’t want to see anyone, they make it as hard as possible for you to see a GP in person

Whenever I've had to use this practice (which isn't often) I've found it perfectly satisfactory.

Recently dreadful

There is none as I can't get an appointment . Or even get through on the telephone

Difficult to get an appointment. Fobbed off by 'phone. Obliged to pay to see a Consultant privately - who was very helpful. Why am I paying for an NHS that is unavailable to me?
