Rude reception staff that dont know legislation

They give out wrong information and do not follow what the NHS states the patient is entitled to.
Making up wrong information for the patient as they go along.
Then they are rude when the patient knows their rights and NHS legislation.
And the patient states facts as written by the NHS.
They have little respect for older people the younger staff at the surgery.
If you complain you get targeted.
Gone anonymous as they target you for complaining here.

The staff I have seen some less then half the age of people they are dealing with disrespect them.
Disrespect the NHS patients.
Totally unprofessional.
And that goes for the Managment they are friendly with some people and quite nasty to others and disrespectful they don't treat some people Equal.
Some receptionists don't even know the NHS guild lines towards NHS patients.

Not Informed About Chest X-ray Results

Had a chest X-Ray, noted report on my on-line medical records as follows - 'XR Chest Report, Borderline, Other (Review as arranged) (Patient Informed). Result reviewed by Dr at Lordswood House Group Medical Practice (NHS Birmingham and Solihull Icb - 15e) - 01 Feb 2023 12:35'. I have not been informed or contacted.

It is multiple of bad experience with the practice, it is sailing on its own in the titanic direction, failing and more failing. travelling on the bandwagon of restrict NHS resources.

No doctors when I tuned up, had an asthma check over the phone. How can you do check over the phone.

Can’t get an appointment, have to queue outside. Can’t get one over the phone. Can get an appointment. Have to get there physically at 8:15 in person.
