Very long wait on phone

No appointment and very long wait on phone, sometimes you have to call 10 times & wait online for 50 mins.

Unable to see a doctor - ever

Unacceptable service, they don’t want to see anyone, they make it as hard as possible for you to see a GP in person
Perfectly satisfactory.

Difficult to get an appointment. Fobbed off by 'phone. Obliged to pay to see a Consultant privately - who was very helpful. Why am I paying for an NHS that is unavailable to me?

I have had several appointments at this surgery over COVID and they have been brilliant - quick, receptive, helpful and efficient.

We haven't really had any problems with this practice, other than the fact that it takes such a long time to get through to them on the telephone. We don't mind telephone consultations with our GP, but if we do have to make a follow-up appiontment with her, we always make it with her, on the phone, to save waiting on the phone for ages. We did have a bit of a situation when a prescription for the wrong amount of medication had been signed off by another GP (not ours), but we managed to get it sorted satisfactorily. But we weren't impressed by that. Why does another doctor interfere with another doctor's decisions when it's not the first doctor's patient?!
