Don't answer the phones

They don't answer the phones in the morning so then you have to keep waiting in a queue. You can get a same day appointment but I have to send the kids to school then take them out when you finally get an appointment.

A very good GP. I'm very happy with them as they give me appointments and are very helpful.

They're brilliant, they even run weekend surgeries which works great for me.

The GP referred onto Hobmoor a few years ago for my husband. I have no issues with them.
I can get same day appointments.

You can queue outside of the surgery and get an appointment the same day at 8:30am. They have a message on the phone saying if you call after 9am you may not get an appointment but they will always try.
Online booking would be good.

Be useful if they would allow online booking. Instead you have to call first thing to try and get an appointment. They are okay. I'm not fussed who I see.
My injections are always on time.

I rarely see them. I see the specialist nurse as I need an injection every 3 months. They arrange that and it's always on time.
My GP hasn't received any information

Here's the most recent example: after 2 years on waiting list, I was finally given a phone appointment with Pain Management Clinic at the hospital It was on the 15th of July and it went OK, the consultant said I need few further referrals and a change of medication, and that my GP will contact me within 2 weeks. After waiting to hear from GP for 6 weeks, I contacted my practice to find out that they are not aware of my dealings with Pain Management Clinic, as they received nothing from the hospital.
After days of failed attempts to get in touch with the Clinic, I have finally got on phone a secretary of a consultant that I spoke to. She told me that doctor has written a letter to my GP, but the letter hasn't been sent, as it's waiting for a signature.
She couldn't say if this will happen before Christmas or in the new year, but she assured me that once signed, the letter will be electronically sent to my GP.

No waiting, no messing

The GPs are very good. We never had any issues with them. I can easily get appointments when you call first thing, no messing around or waiting too long.
