They ask me what I think the issue is and how I think it should be treated whilst googling my symptoms.
Can't get advance appointments

Appointments aren't always available. It's not possible to book one in advance, The waiting time is always long. If I miss the appointment time and I'm late they tell me to go to the hospital.
Can never get an appointment.

I can never get an appointment with them. If I call at 8:15 , I can guarantee I will 47th in the queue. When you get through, there are no appointments left. I had a bad chest infection and have asthma. I have also had pneumonia and they still wouldn't give me an appointment.

I am very happy with my surgery. Excellent GP.
Can get same day appointments.

The service has been brilliant. I can usually get an appointment with someone the same day. I call or go down at 8:00am and there is an appointment there ready and available. The staff are good too.

They're okay. I don't go to them much nowadays but they are very much helpful and a good GP practice.

Terrible. No engagement especially from the midwife. No communication with the midwife or the GP. Didn't see the midwife until I was 26 weeks pregnant.
They do their best but you cant get through

I think it's the same here as everywhere. No available doctors and no appointments. Long waits. It's not their fault and they're good when you do get to see them or get through to them. They can only try their best.
