Always get an appointment, doesn't take long

Always get in when I need to, doesn't take too long on the phone. Not always same day appointment, it depends on the issue whether its face to face or on the phone. I prefer a female doctor but if one isn't available I'll see whoever.

Cancelled blood test appointments

The diabetic nurse has been fine, but I have been trying to get blood tests. They have cancelled one of my appointments and rearranged it for August. They did however see me for an appointment and I was seen early.
Good doctor and appointments

I've been having problems with my legs and had to have some investigations done. All appointments I've needed have been made in good time and the interpreters they book are good. The doctor is also very good.
Doctors are nice.

The same everywhere can never get in. Once you are in the doctors are nice. Doctors referred to hospital and was seen quickly by the doctor. And she was very nice consultant.
Long Telephone Queues and hard to book appt.

The service has definitely changed post-Covid. It is more difficult to get an appointment (mad rush at 8:15 to be 40th in the queue), pre-bookables seem non existent and a request to see a specific doctor is almost impossible. Had no support to discuss some key issues - including the potential for HRT.
No help to me

Shut me off left me hanging no helping me. They're a load of nonsense, they're no help to me.

Can get a call back from surgery. Had chicken pox recently and fetched me up there.
Mixed experience with doctors, useless admins

Typical for there to be a 40 person queue in the morning, if you call in the afternoon expect to wait in a 10 person queue only to be hung up on. Clearly suffers from poor management and is understaffed, not fit for purpose. Not everybody has the time in their day to wait 40 minutes on the phone in order to get a doctors appointment or blood test results.
Can’t get an appointment.

Don’t really have to use it that often. Got Covid vaccination there. Can’t get an appointment.
