The service has definitely changed post-Covid. It is more difficult to get an appointment (mad rush at 8:15 to be 40th in the queue), pre-bookables seem non existent and a request to see a specific doctor is almost impossible. Had no support to discuss some key issues - including the potential for HRT.

Shut me off left me hanging no helping me. They're a load of nonsense, they're no help to me.

Can get a call back from surgery. Had chicken pox recently and fetched me up there.

Typical for there to be a 40 person queue in the morning, if you call in the afternoon expect to wait in a 10 person queue only to be hung up on. Clearly suffers from poor management and is understaffed, not fit for purpose. Not everybody has the time in their day to wait 40 minutes on the phone in order to get a doctors appointment or blood test results.

Don’t really have to use it that often. Got Covid vaccination there. Can’t get an appointment.

Our surgery is reasonably easy to contact and get an appointment. The telephone service to get an appointment is difficult but can usually get an appointment. They offer face to face and telephone appointments.

I had a very bad chest infection and had 3 face to face appointments with my doctor who gave me excellent treatment as usual.

Excellent service, easy to get appointments. My daughter books it for me.

Most of the appointments were on telephone but still I was able to have two emergency face to face appointments.

Always difficult to get an appointment.
