Been trying to get a face to face appointment with a female doctor fir two months or more I need help with incontinence Receptionists are zero help

I have been a patient at this surgery for nearly thirty years now and have never received anything but the utmost professional, courteous and efficient care throughout this period.

Not that good what it should be.

I had a telephone appointment to deal with sleep problems. The doctor was patient and happy to chat for up to 10 minutes about my problems and go through detailed advice sympathetically. This contrasted with another doctor from the same practice who, via telephone appointment, seemed less interested in my fleeting chest pains and made the conversation very short, leaving dissatisfied with the service.

Very good service made me feel in safe hands and answered questions I had.

Very efficient service for both vaccinations. Well ordered queue, in and out very quickly.
