too busy looking at iPhones. Rarely looked up and grunted at when I politely asked questions. Attitude very different on front of visitors - in fact they were charming then which proves that they were not genuine. Told one evening “no food left” as I witnessed nurse put 4 sandwiches from the trolley in her handbag. Lack of compassion and care - these people should be ashamed of their behaviours.
