They get you appointments fast.

They ask you too many questions but you do get an appointment within 2 to 3 hours at urgent care centres.

They told me to go to Dudley Road as I was having a bad headache and said I would need to see someone straight away so I drove there. They answered quickly and got good advice.
They refer me to Katie Road

I call them when I can't get a GP appointment. They send me onto Katie Road if I need to be seen.

I called with a chest infection as I couldn't get a GP appointment. They said to get a GP appointment even after telling them I couldn't get one. They weren't helpful at all.

Good. I used them a few times and they were great at advising us or sending us onto A&E or an appointment with the GP. I have never waited very long either.
Need to improve communication

They can get you an appointment very quickly but they need to improve communication with the GPs. They send you to the GP surgery at a particular time and when you get there you have to wait for a long time.
Not very helpful at all.

I called due to an allergic reaction for my son and was told to go to the GP but it was closed. The pharmacy was more helpful. Staff were professional and generally nice but the system is the issue.
