Very unhelpful

My friend had an issue with his back and they called them. They didn't send anyone out to help or give him medication. The service was very very unhelpful.

They ask you too many inconvenient questions. My son had breathing difficulties and they sent an ambulance.

They ask you too many questions but you do get an appointment within 2 to 3 hours at urgent care centres.

They told me to go to Dudley Road as I was having a bad headache and said I would need to see someone straight away so I drove there. They answered quickly and got good advice.
They refer me to Katie Road

I call them when I can't get a GP appointment. They send me onto Katie Road if I need to be seen.

I called with a chest infection as I couldn't get a GP appointment. They said to get a GP appointment even after telling them I couldn't get one. They weren't helpful at all.
