A very good pharmacy here.
Only use them when I really must

I try not to use them that often. I would rather use home remedies. The times I have used them they have been okay, but it's strictly on a needs must basis. The staff and GP are polite enough too.
Didn't diagnose me for years

The GPs are not helpful at all. They didn't diagnose my problem for years.
Reception tell us to go to urgent care

Very difficult to get an appointment. I have to chase up for my test results all the time. Reception ask us to go to urgent care centre.

I can get emergency appointments

I can get emergency appointments for my daughter very easily. The GP and practice nurses are very good and helpful

Getting an appointment is very difficult but the GPs are very good.
Appointments run very late.

It is sometimes good but sometimes bad. Appointments are very late and face to face appointments are always with different doctors. They take a long time on the phones and there's never any appointments. It's long.
Reception are very rude but a very good GP

It's difficult to get an appointment. Reception staff are rude but the GP is very good when you see him.
They are helpful and referred me.

A very helpful GP. They diagnosed issues with my kidney function and I was referred to the kidney clinic at the QE.
