Competent, personable, professional

On the occasions I have had to use this pharmacy I dread going in. Pharmacist is Consistently rude, unhelpful and obnoxious and always makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Last time I tried to get in with a Pram bags of rubbish were blocking the door (and also inside the shop). He made no attempt to move them so I could get in so I had to do it myself. No apology. When I said that he shouldn’t leave rubbish blocking the entrance he just ignored me and asked what I wanted! Dread to think what would happen if someone in a wheelchair came by. Terrible customer service. This man is so unsuitable for a caring profession.

Absolutely brilliant chemist. He’s always helped me with anything I have problems with and advice is 100%

Terrible experience, Pharmacist was rude and shouting.

Looked at my medical records when my GP hadn’t prescribed what I needed. Helped me to sort this out.

First time he did not correctly powder the antibiotics for my 1 year old, there were large chunks left at the bottom of the liquid medicine that made the medicine unable to be administered to the child. I had to go to the GP again to get another prescription of the same medicine and get it from another pharmacy.

Went there for the second time for my prescription only because walk in clinic listed this as a late opening pharmacy.

I was very sick with above 40c temperature and infection.

Again this time the same Pharmacist was extremely rude and also spoke very abusive of the Dr who gave my prescription.

I think the pharmacist :
* Has no knowledge of the medicines
* Is incompetent in medicine preparation for children
* Demonstrates zero customer service.

GP Walk In Centres , please remove this sub-standard pharmacy practice and the pharmacist from your recommended list of late opening pharmacies.

This is an excellent pharmacy. Open until 11pm every day, and with personal service and attention to detail. The pharmacist, is hard working and knows his customers individually. Can't recommned them highly enough.
