Take too long

It takes too long there. If I need to get a new cochlear implant it takes 3 to 4 weeks for a replacement.

I went there for an ultrasound and was seen by a very professional sonographer. She explained everything very well and made things very easy for me.

Short staffed and long waits in A&E

Long waiting times at A&E on every occasion I have been. Once I went with heart attack symptoms and waited for 3 hours. They are short staffed. They need better patient management.
