Admitted for a one day procedure, from start to finish the staff and nurses were superb putting me at ease and making me feel cared for.
Thanks to the Dr for conducting my procedure and his very clear explanations of what was to take place.
I can’t praise the whole team enough, thank you.

I have visited the liver unit for blood tests and screening a number of times. Appointments are on time and staff explain everything very well.

Poor communication as it is very hard to talk to doctors and nurses. They don't listen to you at all.
