Excellent treatment every 4 months

I visit urology every 4 months. I have received excellent care and treatment over here. Consultants are very kind and helpful. Amazing.

A 10 hours wait at A&E

I waited 10 hours at A&E before I was properly examined and given treatment. They are short of staff and resources.

Communication is poor

Access to Cardiology via the phone is very poor. They don't pick up the phone. It goes to pre-recorded messages that say they are very busy at this time and call later. This happens many times.

My friend had her kidney transplant at QE. She received excellent care and treatment. She regularly goes for follow up appointments arranged by the hospital.

Treatment was second to none.

My mom had her gallbladder removal surgery at QE. She was an inpatient for 10 days and the treatment that she received was second to none.
