It has been good today. The referral didn't take long. The consultant has been excellent so far and talked me through the plan of action for treatment.

I don't think I waited long for my appointments when referred by my GP. I was sent for carpal tunnel that I have had for years but it's got worse over time.

Great, it's been fine. I love that there is a member of staff at the front of house to direct you. I waited a year for my first appointment. The parking is good. There wasn't any support whilst waiting.

Roughly 6 weeks ago I had an x-ray and it was quick and very good. They sent the results to my GP to discuss.

Brilliant. Had the operation 4 years ago on his leg. The consultant is as sharp as a needle and has kept eye on him. See's him every 6 months. They are always on time too. The canteen is good. Not many spaces for parking the car though that's my only complaint.

The staff at the foot and ankle clinic are always great. I have to chase them to get an appointment. The facilities are fine with exception of parking. Today was easy to park. The charges need to be adjusted for parking though.

Very good. They have been very nice on the 4 times I have been. The system they have calling people in is also very good.

Excellent every time I come here. They look after me, answer all of my questions and any concerns. They send me for x-rays. All appointments are arranged in plenty of time. Sometimes appointments are quick and you are seen immediately but sometimes you have to wait for 3 hours if there is a delay. They will display any delays on the notice board. We can't just go home as we travel to get here.

I called them on ward 4 this morning as there was an issue with my dressing. They said someone would get back to me but they didn't so I had to contact them back again. They said they were busy and someone would contact me. The ward sister called me back and said if I could get there within the hour they would see me in outpatients, if not they would have to move care to ward 1.

I was on ward 1 for 8 nights after a knee transplant. The staff were lovely and it was clean and spotless. The food was good. The nurses and doctors were great.
