Waiting list for surgery

I am still on the waiting list for knee replacement surgery. They have said I should continue doing exercise whilst waiting. I am yet to be booked in for it.

My father had knee replacement here. The staff were amazing and care he received was second to none.

I wish I could be seen here but the physio in Rugby said I am not bad enough to be referred. I have sciatica in both legs and I feel like I am 80 when my back goes. They can't do anything in Rugby because I am only 29. It affects my work. This place has good doctors but I can't get seen.
I would prefer phone appointments.

I've been coming here for 9 years. The appointment was okay. Minus having to drive for an hour for a 10-15 minute appointment. It's a pointless journey and it's usually school times. I feel a phone call would have been better for me when it's only to talk. I don't mind travelling when it's necessary.

I have been here 3 times now. The staff are polite and courteous. Appointments are on time. The hospital is clean and staff are lovely and friendly.
Pretty satisfied with everything

My wife is being seen. We had to wait for half an hour, it's no big deal, there are others waiting. I'm not complaining. The coffee was nice, it was nice to be able to sit and have a coffee whilst we waited to be seen. We haven't been here before. I am pretty satisfied with everything so far,

The pharmacy is located conveniently on the ground floor and the staff are very helpful and kind.

Today I had an appointment with a consultant at pain management. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.
