Communications is very good

The surgeon fixed me up and told me I would need injections in my back. Communication is very good. Reception are very good. Everything is explained well.

Communication is good. Hydrotherapy has been helpful and x-rays on my knee were helpful as they gave me injections.
Excellent treatment over the years

I have had an excellent experience here over the last 4 years. I had a hip replacement done by great staff. The physio was good and follow ups too. The treatment by doctors has been excellent.

I had a knee replacement done in May 2024. I am happy with the check up and staff members. It has been great. The waiting for the surgery was too long but the doctors have been excellent.

I first had an operation on my hip when I was 14 as I broke it playing football. I had to have the surgery re-done 3 years ago. Today I have come for a follow up on the hip. My experience with the doctor has been really good.

Injections didn't work

I came here last year and was offered the injections in my hip instead of an operation which worked for 4 weeks and then felt worse.

I came for an MRI scan and they were waiting for me. All done on time too. Good communication about appointments and they are good at answering any questions that I have.

I have an annual check up at oncology. It's really good. The organisation is spot on. They keep to the appointments and time. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have been seeing the same consultant or the last 5 to 6 years. Parking is good too.
