From the beginning I was treated in a very friendly and supportive manner. The physio helped me recover from my total hip replacement quickly and with confidence. The sports conditioning that followed was exceptional and I learned some new things. at each appointment. Good explanations and why he had suggested these. It has given me the confidence to return to tennis and also to go ahead with my objective to also play golf as I am about to retire and want to spend time with my friends. All round 10/10 and a credit to the NHS.

From the moment of landing to leaving the hospital all staff were friendly, respectful, kind, caring, attentive and willing to make my visit as comfy and easy as possible. Nothing comes to mind, staff are/were amazing. Maybe give them a pay rise :) !

Generally helpful and friendly who helped and encouraged when needed. More warm drinks, bed time drink would be great. Waiting times for nurses for going to the toilet/ filling jugs but understandable staff shortages in current situation.

Good encouragment, always willing to get things or do extra. Slight note that someone agreed to sort something for me, then I didn’t get done, such as taking the cannula out.
