I feel understood and my needs have been taken into account, Given lots of information, questions were given in a timely manner. Some more handouts of services would be perfect.

I felt I was able to open up about my experiences and talk through them. I have had a difficult time with my pain and injury but I feel better in having a greater understanding about what is going on.

I felt like I was able to share my concerns and opinions. I was treated well and everything was explained clearly. Appointments were always made to suit me. The service from staff was excellent.

I found all staff from consultants to HCA's all respectful. More drinks to be offered please.

I found it excellent but my husband was unhappy that he coulodn't be with me, he said it was a long wait with no access to toilets or vending machines.

I found this hospital to be excellent with the treatment I have had and the staff brilliant, the food had choices to suit everyone. Move stock out of the corridors to allow bed trollies to move with ease.
