Very professional

Very professional, courteous and polite staff. Keep contact by phone. appointment information is given via phone in the first instant than a follow up email. I am not a Birmingham resident but all the information is passed to my GP.

Very well looked after

Nurses are nice and doctors explain things and send things very quickly by post. Inpatient experience was very well looked after, well care for and good food. Went to bed early, can’t sleep until the midnight because people walking by.
Excellent experience

Excellent experience as a day patient. Everything went according to plan and they told me everything that was going to happen.
Okay

Kind of been okay. Consultant wanted to see us in 2 months time and ended up taking 4 months. Had a CT scan. Ended up using a private healthcare service for the CT scan.
Spinal decompression surgery.

I had the spinal decompression surgery. While in hospital I had the most horrific experience.. Where the staff had falled to respond for several hours and I was forced to overspill the urine pots
Came to the hospital for my SI disfunctional referral but the consultant was not sure why I had come
In a moment of utter confusion he agreed to review a surgery which he not done and convinced me not to have the SI surgery
Much later I was sent another letter to review the spinal surgery yet again but this time by the surgeon who had done the spinal decompression surgery
The review was very brief
I have severe nerve pains which not there before
The shin pain is unbearable
Yet the consultant failed to explain why is had started
Strongly believe the spinal decompression surgery has made it worse
Worst experience of my entire life because I have spinal decompression surgery before at the QE hospital which was excellent and effective
It’s over an year and I feel very bad with 1% out of 10

Been coming here since 1979. Had my left hip replaced in 2007. Been coming here for years and today went to x-ray where I was the only person there.
Doctors and nurses have been fabulous

Can't fault them. I can't knock the NHS, we're so so lucky we've got somewhere like this to go to. They're fabulous all of them have both, both the nurses and doctors.
Nice staff

Had a hip resurfacing in August this year after waiting 6 years and that went really well. They get you up and moving, nice staff and I was out in 2 days. I'm here today to have both knee's injected with Cortisone and steroids.
Everyone is helpful

Nice, clean, tidy and everyone is helpful, I come for moral support to my husband. He had his hip done. We've come to check on his hip, had an x-ray and bloods done to see if there are metal shavings in his blood. Parking has also been great.
