Never made to feel I was wasting time

Always made to feel welcome and valued, wide variety of treatment options offered, I was never give up on, always made to feel it was worth persevering, not to give up hope

I think its awful i got seen by a doctor and i got treated with utter disrespect its the first appointment i had there and i feel very uncomfortable with what she has said to me especially people like me with mental health problems should not be made to feel like the things im going through are my fault

NO Duty of care!

Will strike you off there list quicker than a blink of an eye and leave you without medication without a care. They stopped my class A drugs within 3 days and wouldnt give anymore as they thought I was selling them!! as if ! went through withdrawal for 2 weeks then suddenly after complaining I got a script. They need to re look at what duty of care means.
