Excellent GPs and nurses. Very easy to get appointments.
Impossible to get through

It is impossible to get through on the phones in the morning. Its is especially frustrating when you are just calling for repeat prescriptions.
They have helped me a lot.

They're alright. I've not needed to use them much over the past year. I used them once and it was good. You can call them to get an appointment. There no issues. Great staff.
It can be a pain.

Sometimes it can be a pain. They take the mickey with the phone calls. Saying to call between 8-10 and no one answers. I end up leaving it after an hour or two.
I can never get an appointment.

I can never get an appointment and have to ring 111 and then they get an appointment for me.
Pretty good, seen the same day

They're brilliant for the kids, they're pretty good to be fair. They'll see them same day. If I don't get face to face they'll do over the telephone. If I can explain over the phone, then I don't mind an appointment over the phone.
Wouldn't send out a district nurse

They said they don't do district nursing and that we should contact our own GP. Soon got someone to come out but the district nurse said she couldn't touch anything with blood on it.

Difficult to make contact on phone for booking appointment. Lines always busy.
Really hard ringing at 8am

Pain – really hard ringing at 8am. 45 mins wait and no face to face appointment. All appointments are over the phone. If call for any cancellation had to ring up and they don’t answer the phone.
