They're kind over the phone.

I don't see them often unless I have to. They order my tablets when I call them and they're kind over the phone or when I go in on the odd occasion.
Too many questions asked to get appointments

Good GP and nurses but the reception staff act as a wall between you and your GP. They ask so many questions before giving you an appointment.
Long waits to answer the phone.

No good. The waiting time to answer the phones are long. You can get an appointment but they can be over the phone or face to face it depends on what the issue is.
I can get appointments.

They are are okay. I can get an appointment. It's all pretty straight forward, not the same day appointments but will give me one for that week.

For pregnancy its fine, bit hard before pregnancy. No appointments available, I have to ring everyday until I get one.
GP organized it quickly

I was a smoker and when I stopped all of a sudden. I was experiencing breathlessness, so they referred me to alum rock to get some x-rays done. GP organized it quickly.
No service to speak of

They're okay. It's good. I can see my doctor. I wait a bit on the phone but they are okay. Sometimes I see the the doctor the same day sometimes I have to wait.
Difficult to get face to face appointment

Had a phone appointment a year ago. No follow up. Haven't bothered to phone again.

Although ok sometimes you phone at 8:30 and all the appointments are gone. You have to wait for a long time on phone.
