A very helpful GP and reception team. They always try to help and provide support.
Bad communication

Had appointment for blood test, waited 45 mins over the time given, spoke to reception, replied rudely we are busy you'll have to wait

If I needed an appointment I would get one. They're good. I wont see the same GP but will get an appointment which works for me.
The GP referred me quickly for scans

The GP referred me onto the hospital for scans for pain management. They referred me quickly and I went for my scan. I then returned to my GP to discuss the scans and they couldn't be found. So now I have to get back in contact with the hospital to get them sent over.
Not happy with the poor service

I have not seen my GP since covid. It's always a locum trainee GP. Not happy with the poor service.
They don't offer you support.

Hard to book appointments. On the phone they say how you can book appointments through the NHS app. They say you can speak with a receptionist. If you need more support when you do get through they don't give you support on how to use it so it's useless.

It is rubbish. I tried to call them and they do not respond. They do not pick up the calls even when they are open.
The care is good.

Appointments are okay but it can be hard to book to see the doctor. You do sometimes have to wait a while but will always get one eventually. You can wait a long time for them to answer the phones too but the care is good.
