They provide excellent advice and support. I have used the service for blood screening a number of times.

Excellent Umbrella sexual health service at Boots. I went there for blood screening and was seen on time and received my results within 10 days.

As the wife was very nervous she was put at ease but the staff.
The doctor was so understanding and took time to calm and reassure the wife. I would like to thank her for her patience and professionalism.

It was busy, had to wait for 20 minutes. Staff very good and gave good advice.

I went there for STD & HIV screening and they were good. They provided interpreter. Than they send me letter saying all is negative , I got worried and went back and they explained all is ok.

You do have to go early to get an walk in appointment, and wait a little while, but it’s the same at any clinic. The staff were all lovely and caring and went beyond what they needed to do, had a lovely conversation. I’m a woman and my appointment was with a man, but it was never awkward or invasive, it was a relaxed environment

Was told by staff (in person) that the clinic would be open 02/06/2022.

Clinic was closed, 10-12 people were left waiting for services with no indication of closure (no signs or notices, boots staff were unaware). Others had been told over the phone that the clinic would be open.
