Your health and social care experiences – September 2016
What have you been telling Healthwatch Birmingham about your experiences in September?
This September lots of people shared their experiences of local GPs, Hospitals and Dentists in particular. Patients, service users and the public shared their feedback about waiting times, appointment availability, staff attitude, access to services and the quality and effectiveness of the treatment and care they had received.
Our #FeedbackonFriday campaign continues, and community engagement is still ensuring we listen to a people’s experiences from communities across Birmingham. We have also seen an increase in people getting in touch via our Information and Signposting Line and through email. September also saw us kickstart our bus advertising campaign, which aimed to raise awareness of the simple ways people can feedback about health and social care services.
