Brilliant, informative and no long waits.

Brilliant. No long waits for medication. I'm on a blister pack. They call me when it's ready and waiting for me in a bag. I find them informative when I speak with them about any issues or illnesses I am having.

They give you medication within 48 hours. I wouldn't ask them for information I would just go to my GP.

They are good. I have used them for a while and I know I can get information from them about certain things if I need to.

I have to wait at least 2 days to get my medication. They say it's the GP not sending the e-prescription on time.
Takes ages to sort medication

They take ages in sorting your medication. You have to visit them at least a couple of times before you get your medicines.

They are always very slow in getting my prescription ready and they blame the GP for it.

Good service. They prescribed an oil for my mother in law but she wanted a gel so they sorted it out for her. They were very good.
Change in medication ordering

You used to be able to order your medication over the phone. Now they've changed it and you have to go in. I don't think I've had any problems with the pharmacists it's more the manufacturing side of things.
