Very very good.

It's hard to get an appointment but otherwise they are very good. They give me good information and they help me. They saw me for a fungal infection and they gave me some lacquer and it cleaned it. They were very very good.
Sometimes they don't answer the phone

Great difficulty getting through on the phone and making an appointment full stop. You get through eventually and there are no appointments or you can wait in a queue. They don't have a call back facility. Sometimes they don't answer at all.
Appointments availability is terrible.

My daughter has been registered there for 9 years. They missed a medical issue a number of years ago and she ended up in hospital. I feel like they know her medical history but I when I go for antibiotics or medication they don't know what is what especially the one she needs as a preventative medicine to keep her out of hospitals. The appointments are terrible. even if I wanted to take her there aren't any appointments.

I was referred onto A&E after an appointment with the GP. They said I needed to be seen because of my symptoms. They gave me a letter and I went straight there.

Just moved GPs and it's a lot busier than my last one. It has taken about a week and a half to book an appointment.

Had an appointment with a GP on a Saturday and they asked me to book a blood test. Not able to call reception on Saturdays so they told me to call Monday afternoon.
First call I was on hold 10 minutes and it disconnected ending the call.
Second call it took 25 minutes to be answered and finally book the blood test. So it took 35 minutes to do something really simple that they should have allowed on the app. Incredibly frustrating and costs lots on the phone bill.

I went for treatment for a fever and cough. The treatment was good. No waiting time. I was satisfied with the treatment.
Can't get an appointment.

It's very difficult to get an appointment. Very rude staff. They are not concerned. I waited 1 year to get a stomach scan and its been 2 weeks and I haven't had the results. They treat you differently due to my ethnicity. Lots of my friends have left the country because of the health service lagging. Only if I call by 8:30am I will be able to get in the queue and its only a 50% chance of getting an appointment.
Can only get a paramedic appointment

It's not easy to get an appointment. You're fighting for one at 8:30am. I can only get one if I call NHS 111 for the children and they will give me a paramedic appointment not with the GP. I cannot book a routine appointment.
Very accessible

This is very good. The GP and dentist is in the same building so very good. It is very close to my house. The dentist is very good and have automatic appointments every 6 months. The GP is very accessible.
