They didn't know what was wrong with him.

Not good. When your child is sick you have to wait a long time. My son had something wrong with his heart when I took him last month. The doctors didn't know what was wrong with him.

A six hour wait with an 8 month old baby

Very bad. I was in the emergency department for 6 hours which is a big problem. Got there at 1am and left at 8am. I was brought in by ambulance with my 8 month old. They said they have a system but its a big problem.

Helpful staff

Last week my son had an assessment at neurology clinic. The staff were very helpful and explained everything very well.

Brilliant specialists

Under a specialist (respiratory and diabetes) and they have been brilliant. They keep up with the appointments and I can contact them anytime. We have our own nurse to contact too. I can't fault them. They are also good at keeping me informed too.

Wary due to high number of measles cases

My daughter hurt her knee and I was wary with the high levels of measles cases at the hospital it made me wary about taking her. They were good but I was wary.

Didn't listen to my needs.

I was told I was to have an operation done when I was younger and my mom asked but they didn't listen and now it's too late. I don't think they listened to my needs.

Very good hospital

Very good. I have been to A&E as my son dislocated his knee and they were very good. We also went for an appointment there and that was good too.

Amazing care and amazing staff

We were transferred there from another hospital and was the most amazing thing to happen my daughter was diagnosed so fast and the level of care she’s received since being there is amazing!

They lost medical records

We waited for 3 hours to see the consultant because they lost our medical records and so they referred us to the eye hospital.

Lovely here

Lovely. Really nice. Come to dermatology and to be honest it is fine here. The queues at the pharmacy can be slightly longer. The A&E is brilliant when I bought my son in with his skin as he had been prescribed the wrong medication for eczema.
