Been waiting a while as there is a delay with getting bloods done.
It's good for kids
September 30, 2025
The main entrance is closed. Kids love it and it's a good hospital, good for kids. Really nice and clean. Were always seen quickly.
Poor communication
September 30, 2025
There letters go to email and then you cannot access them. I asked them to send them via post and she said it's a new system so that wasn't very helpful. That's no good for me. No communications about waiting times when there and no signs to say how long the wait is.
Took a while for the referral to ENT
September 30, 2025
It took 18 months to 2 years for an ENT referral appointment. I kept getting messages from them saying if we didn't need to be on the waiting list to let them know. We had to rearrange an appointment but that was easy.
Waits are long but ENT care is good
September 30, 2025
The waiting times at ENT could be better. The wait is quite long for appointments. We have been waiting a while for a follow up. The care is good though.
No long waits for appointments

No long waits for appointments at pathology bloods. I had one last week but I had to reschedule.
12 hour A&E wait
September 30, 2025
At least 12 hours waiting at A&E last year. We went in at 4pm and didn't leave until 6am the next morning.
Everything is okay here
September 30, 2025
We have been coming here to the dieticians for about 2 years for a gluten intolerance. We come every 6 months for blood tests and ask questions. The wait time and everything is okay. The staff are okay and I'm able to ask them questions.
