Seen them once and they were very good. Because of the consultant he got transferred and they were really good at making it happen.

Everything is easy to find and all the signage is clear. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Appointments arranged in time and follow ups are good. All communication is good and arrives via text, email and phone call. Quite easy to get through to the department when needed too.

Very good at A&E

A&E is good, very good. They see you depending on what the problem is. My daughter has come into A&E a couple of times with asthma and they don't leave you waiting. When my son came in with chest pains they saw him straight away too.

It's all okay with the dieticians. I'm able to ask questions and I feel like they give me time. We come every year and that works.
A supportive nurse

We had a pre-assessment appointment which was good as it was on time with the nurse. We got the information we needed. The nurse is supportive and explained the surgery.
Long waits for bloods
September 30, 2025
Waited a long time for bloods. They don't have enough nurses. It's a bottleneck as the GP can't take bloods for children so they all end up at the Children's. We have been waiting for 1 and half hours so far.
