The staff are really good, communication is good and we have appointments every 6 months. They're brilliant.

The staff were excellent when there in the summer but it seemed dated. The facilities could be improved but it doesn't affect the care given.

With a thyroid issue you cannot just wait for a GP appointment. Have to come to A&E and then they chase it with the endocrinology department to sort it.

The queue at dermatology is long and you wait over 30 minutes but the staff are nice. They listen to everything carefully and don't make you feel rushed. They have cared for me so well.
A long process for a play therapist

They used to have a walk in blood test clinic. That is changed to appointments only now. It's a long time to book a blood test now. A complicated process if you need a play therapist too.

Everything is good and simple. Everyone is friendly. I booked it all online here too. It was a bit confusing to get here.

Everything is okay. The hospital is really neat and tidy. The doctor's are really patient and the secretary helps us. No issues. I rate them 5, it's easy to get here and easy to book an appointment with them.
