They're brilliant at follow ups and amazing appointments with other teams all on the same day.

She was on ward 17 and they always try their best. It's not the Ritz but they do their best and that all you can ask for.

Been before and it's okay. They're helpful and always change appointments if we need to. It can be difficult to get through to the department. They give us time during the appointments.

We have been waiting a while for our appointment. It's good and has wonderful staff who are always smiling. My son is here for blood tests. It's our second time here. They explain everything well.

It's okay. The appointments never start on time. I take time off school to come here and it affects my learning. The staff are welcoming and they explain things. They talk to me and my mum. I am here for blood tests due to issues with my eyes.

Well looked after

I went in with my aunt to visit my cousin who is staying there. The staff were very kind and helpful. They didn't rush you to leave and they would ask us if we needed things. I think my cousin was well looked after too.

Had a scan some years ago and I asked for another not they're older. They said there isn't any point but I heard things can change.
They looked after him when he had sepsis

He was in hospital with sepsis and now has cerebral palsy because strep wasn't picked up at birth. He was rushed in at 2 weeks old after developing sepsis. They looked after him.
