Now the treatment and consultant at Birmingham are fantastic (life saver).
I don't mind waiting to see him as he is very busy (double booked).

old. The care has always been good and the staff are fantastic. Waiting can be a nightmare - sometimes over 4 hours - this is fine but they could keep us better informed.
Could do with more hand gel to clean hands, especially with the current viruses floating around.
The hospital has always been good if I've needed to change my appointment times.
I've used lots of the different hospital services - all very good.

today, already been to 2 and the staff have been lovely so far. No issues with getting the appointments as promised - the staff communicated really well between departments to make all the appointments happen on the same day.
