Happy with the service

The hearing department has been good. We have been discharged today. We have been 3 times to check his hearing and speech. They're happy for him to be discharged and continue with SALT. I'm happy with the service.

Accident and emergency services

The A&E staff were excellent. He was seen straight away. They offered us tea and were so kind and thorough. They did scans and other checks and asked us to stay overnight. They sent us home the next day with an appointment at neuro.
Great and helpful service

It's perfectly fine. They are all excellent. The care is excellent. In November my son fell out of a first floor window and they have seen him regularly ever since. A great and helpful service.
Long waits for medication

The wait is about 45 minutes which is really bad for medication. It takes so long. It needs to be made bigger and run better.

Really good. They makes sure we know that we can contact them when needed. Communication is good amongst departments too.

Been under respiratory for 8 years, they're really good. They always send a reminder via text and offer free parking. They're brilliant, like my guardian angels.
Secretary didn't let them know I was late

I was running late so I rang the secretary to tell her and she said she would let them know. Ended up getting here 10 minutes late. The receptionist said we would still be seen but ENT said they never got the message passed onto them and said they wouldn't see her. So I stood my ground and the arranged an appointment for today.
An excellent hospital

They have been excellent. Never any issues with them. So informative and caring. They will see us quickly and can contact them if and when we need to. An excellent hospital.

She was on ward 10 after surgery. The cleaning could have been better sometimes. The staff were amazing but short staffed on a weekend. They still did their best. Every doctor and nurse was compassionate. They have all been amazing.
