They get my son involved

The audiology department call him by name, they remember him and they try to get him involved. He knows the drill and he looks forward to it.

We went there in July to ENT and audiology. They were really friendly, really nice and they remembered him from last year.

I took my daughter to A&E with a burn. After already being told by the GP to go to a pharmacy and them telling me to use Sudocrem, which didn't work. The Children's however booked me to dermatology to see a specialist. They have said it will heal and discharged us 5 months ago but it has not improved.

Overall, they are good. Very supportive staff and the quality of care and treatment is brilliant. I also never have any issues with parking.

Good experience. They have seen us on time. All has been fine. The doctor said she needs blood tests and have said they can freeze her arm for her if she wants. They have spoken things through with her and been given options. They have been excellent.

We started coming here in November last year after being referred. It didn't take too long as they were admitted to hospital and then got transferred here, so it sped up the process. They answer any questions, they are really good. They are really good with my son and he's even had to have blood tests and they have all been really really good.

Staff are perfect. They are just so easy to talk to and they keep you updates. They are nice to the parents and the child.

They're fine and keep to appointments. There are no long waits at gastro and the always answer any questions and provide good advice. The staff are nice too.

We changed to this eye department and they have been good. They see her every 6 months. They are excellent and all under one roof. They are so on it. I don't have to chase them. They take good care of her.
