Long time coming here. Good experience. My daughter had COVID and was admitted here and now she has problems with her tonsils, so now we're here today for ENT. Staff are good. This appointment has come too late though as she's had issues 3/4 times and I call and they take a long time.

I was referred on to ENT from my GP in March and they said it could be up to a year wait, and I got an appointment today. Text message was sent through for the appointment today or one in October and we chose the earlier one.
Staff are amazing.

I've been here quite a lot. Amazing to be honest with you. Phlebotomist is amazing with my severely disabled child. Other staff members are good. All of them are great, neurologist, haematology clinic, epilepsy nurse, all of the staff are amazing. The play worker will always help with getting us seen sooner too as it is hard for my son to sit there a long time.
Taken care of us really well.

Been before and it's been fine. They send the appointments out in good time. Had a few operations and they've been really good at explaining everything really well. They've looked after my son well. They've taken care of us both really well.
Can't complain. Everything has been alright.

They have been alright. Referred on from Allens Croft from Kings Heath. It has been a quick referral. I thought we had been discharged but have been having hearing therapy. They've been good so far.

Fine, straight forward. GP referred onto audiology, it didn't take long and they referred onto ENT. It's taken a bit longer because it's a longer wait. Staff are nice. Letters sent to give enough notice to go to appointments.

I have been a few times. Never had any problems. Staff are very polite and explain everything. Waiting hours for blood tests which can be frustrating. It feels like this has been an issue for a few years. It's very hard to wait in a warm waiting room when there are lots of people and children. I find that hard.

Been coming here for 14 years but for 4 years they have given text message reminders and appointments given in good time. Whenever I need them I can call up and see them.

It's good but there's long waits. It can sometimes take a long time and Waterfall House. Good communication about appointments. Not perfect but good. Staff are quite nice. They could improve on waiting times but happy otherwise. Waiting 40 minutes for audiology.
