Great communication and no long waits

It's good. We come every 6 months and they keep to the appointments. They are on it. Great communication, the doctor is lovely and we usually go straight in. No long waits. Not even bloods have been too long today.

I came to emergency as my daughter's eczema had flared badly. They gave a very quick response and admitted her to dermatology.

Come for a scan on the neck. They have already found an issue with the kidney and they have referred between the two separate services and then discharged. We weren't told about this. Another hospital has dealt with it going forward though. The appointments can be a bit long but they're fine.

I'm here to see a dietician today. She is very nice. She listens to any of my concerns and talks through all the options or things that can help with his dietary issues. The hospital has been excellent.

Very good. Excellent service. I can't say anything else. They were helpful, kind staff that see us on time. They give us appointments and follow ups.

We spent 6 months here after my baby transferred aged 3 weeks. I don't have enough words for them, they were excellent. They saved his life. They looked after my son so well after his stem cell transplant. I'm just so thankful for their service.
