Everything is good at getting appointments and the staff at Ophthalmology.

It's my first time here. It's easy to navigate the hospital. Staff are all good. Good children's play areas. The screens are very good. 10 out of 10 for this.
A clean hospital

I have been here three times and it is very hard to find parking. The hospital is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Waiting time is really good. If the parking could be improved, even better.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I have to wait for around 30 minutes. I would prefer to wait for 10 minutes. The facilities are clean. Some of the wards are not as clean and the wait for bloods some days are long.

I've been here a couple of times. Parking is horrible. Appointments times are good. The staff are helpful and the facilities are clean.

Well organised. Waiting time is okay. Blood tests are over an hour however. The facilities and the staff are good.

I have been here twice and it is hard to find parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are good. It is clean. It took 5 minutes to be called in. Everything is good and seems fine.

Referred from Coventry hospital 3 months ago to audiology, I was happy with the referral time. They have a drawing desk for children too.

We were referred from the doctor. It has taken 4 to 5 days to get an appointment for a dietician. It is quite busy and we have been waiting more than an hour. There has been no communication about how long the wait will be.

It's been alright. They see us on time. The referral from London was quick. I am happy with communication here so far.
