I broke my pinky finger and waited 3 hours in A&E. Someone eventually saw me and didn't do an x-ray. They looked at it and said it wasn't broken and there was nothing they could do about it. I went back a month later as it still wasn't any better. This time it was x-rays and it was broken. They bandaged it up. They sent a follow up but didn't bother as I felt like I didn't have a good experience when we went there.

There were no long waits in A&E. They helped me and gave me creams. I can only have certain ones as I'm allergic.

They were good. They helped me to improve bad eating habit and sleep. I was under them for 2 months. I can go back if I need more sessions.

The diabetes department is really helpful. They provide me with everything I need and some sessions with me.

They sat mom down and told her how to help my sister and how to care for her at home. They have been so different to other hospitals. They have given the right attitude and help with my sister's care.

You have to wait for a few hours but as soon as you enter A&E there is a nurse who provides initial care and treatment.

I came for bloods and was in and out within 20 minutes.
