Here for an appointments today at outpatients. They have been very good. Seen him quickly and they communicated well.

I've been with the haematology department for years. Communication has been good. We have two consultants now so it changes the days we come. We are seen around 2 to 3 times. The consultant will contact us if they feel they haven't see us for a while.

Everything is fine. I've had to chase a couple of follow ups but it's been easy to get through to them and they made an appointment there and then. The doctor here today is lovely.

It's been good so far. The staff have been good. The waiting time is fine. It was okay finding the place too.

They takes ages for appointments. We have waited over a year. The staff are good and nice too. The waiting list is long.

My son had his procedure here and it was good. The appointments have all been good. The Children's finally diagnosed with diverticular disease when I was told by the GP there wasn't anything wrong with him. I should have just took him straight here.

Appointments aren't on time and the satnav getting here leads you to the ambulance drop off so I had to walk around to get here.
