My daughter is being treated at ENT. The consultant listens to us and explains things in very simple terms.

Excellent care and treatment received at ENT. Communication is excellent. I have been coming here for 10 years and have had support from the cleft lip and palate staff. They are friendly and helpful.
Clean but parking is a challenge

The toilets are clean and café provides hot and cold drinks. The only challenge is parking.

Most of the time they are very busy but they try to see the patient as soon as they can. All the time we were seen within 3 hours which is okay.
Audiology provide great support.

Both of my daughters can't hear properly and are being treated over here. The audiology team provide great support to the both of them.
