Waited a year for an urgent appointment

Were still waiting for the urgent appointment for my daughter. It's taken a year so far.

We were referred to Children's for further tests and assessments. The staff at paediatrics clinic are very supportive and well informed.

We had a few hours wait but did what they had to do. All seemed to be okay and still got her to bed for a reasonable hour.

My son has bow legs and he was referred in a timely manner to Good Hope for physiotherapy. The consultant at the Children's was very friendly and helpful . The referral took ages and there was a lack of communication.
Long waits for referrals to CAMHS

They got CAMHS involved for my daughter but it took such a long time.
Seen within a couple of hours.

I took my granddaughter to A&E. There was a little wait but were seen within a couple of hours, which I think is okay.
