Great staff

It has taken 8 months for the ENT referral. They kept sending messages to say she was still on the list then sent an appointment letter 3 weeks before her appointment. We have checked in which was easy. Staff have been great.

Sometimes helpful, sometimes not

Staff are sometimes helpful and sometimes not. Today the staff didn't know how to handle my daughter when her bloods were being taken.

Just sitting waiting

Just been sitting here for over half an hour waiting to be seen. The staff are fine but it was very busy getting here and the parking is awful.

Very busy with limited staff. My son was initially seen by a nurse and then seen 2 hours later by a doctor for a full examination.

I went there twice and initially they were very busy but my son was seen by a nurse and given medication. After 2 hours the consultant examined him. The experience was overall positive.

My child was an inpatient for 6 months for a genetic condition. The treatment has been excellent. I am happy with the service.

I have been visiting the cleft lip department for 15 years. I have received excellent treatment. The service is very good. We don't have any problems here. We are happy.

Generally happy

I am generally happy with them. I have chased the referral for my son as his hearing is deteriorating but have given up now and will wait until August for the appointment.
