They automatically recall me every 12 months. Easy to check in and I asked if they were running on time, the receptionist said she couldn't comment.
The keep an eye on him.
Ear Nose and Throat

We visit ENT every 2 weeks and they are great. He had surgery on his ears and it hasn't got better but they see him and keep an eye on him. They are good and let me know what is going on.

It's very nice here but parking is an issue. The doctors and nurses are very good as well.

The doctor is very good and it's a very good hospital. They have helped my son a lot. Even with the language barrier there hasn't been any problems.
Responsive staff

We've been coming here for 2 years for injections for arthritis. The staff are responsive as the first medicine made her sick so they promptly changed it. There are never any issues getting appointments.
No play staff for children when waiting today

It's easy to get appointments but today there are no play therapists so were just sitting around and waiting. Sometimes my concerns are dismissed but this is the only hospital to treat my son's condition.
Never had any issues here.

We have been coming here since my daughter was born because of her heart condition. Never had any issues getting appointments and the staff are cooperative.
Polite staff but nightmare parking

We had a few months wait for an appointment. The staff are polite but travelling here is a nightmare and no parking.
